How to download your IRD income details

Please follow the instructions below

1. Go to https://www.ird.govt.nz/

2. Select "myIR login" at the top right-hand corner of the website

3. Log in to your myIR account*

4. Under the "Income tax" section, select "More..."

5. Under the "My income" section, select "Print income details"*

6. Enter the appropriate dates here

7. Select "Print income details"

8. Save the PDF file to your computer and then send it to us as an email attachment

9. * If you do not have a myIR account, you can contact the IRD to request your income details by calling 0800 257 777.

10. ** Please do not select "Print proof of income", this will produce the wrong document.
