Mortgage Adviser

💼 The Role

 

We are looking for a driven Mortgage Adviser who is hungry to grow. You will be working with warm leads, creating your own leads, guiding clients through their mortgage options, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. Forget getting buried in admin – we have got that covered – so you can focus on what you do best: helping customers.

 

This is a salary + performance-based bonus role – because we are ready to invest in the right person and reward success.

 

 

✅ What We’re Looking For

 

  • 1–2 years’ proven experience in mortgages (bank or advisory)

  • A people-first, customer-first approach

  • Strong work ethic, integrity and ambition to succeed

  • A love for building relationships and making a difference
